SCALE USA is the only conference dedicated to professional property management companies looking to grow their businesses successfully and sustainably.

We invite you to submit a proposal to be a speaker at the SCALE US Show which will take place in Miami in March 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to share your experience, industry knowledge and expertise.

We are looking for presentations and panel discussions that showcase best practices, innovative strategies and lessons learned to educate hundreds of professional property managers from around the world.

What you need to know to submit your proposal

Who should apply?

Anyone.

We actively encourage anyone to apply to be a speaker at our SCALE shows as long as you believe you have considerable short-term rental industry knowledge and experience to educate established property managers.

How long are the sessions?

Individual Presentations
Sessions will last approximately 20-30 minutes to include around 5 minutes of audience Q&A.

Panel Discussions
Panels will last approximately 30 minutes depending on the topic and number of panellists.

What should be included in the proposal?

All submissions must be educational or advisory in nature and must not include promotions for products or services.

Please note that we regularly receive a very high number of speaking applications for each event and, as such, we cannot guarantee any speaking opportunities.

We aim to match submitted sessions with the most popular topics as selected by our attendees.

What topics should be focused upon?

We welcome proposals focusing on any subject relevant to professional short-term rental operators.

What is the deadline to present my proposal?

In general we accept proposals for each conference up to three months before each conference.

However, we expect very heavy speaking demand for our first US show so we encourage you to submit your idea as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
